In addition to the commands that may be executed from the
menus and panels described in previous sections, several commands
are available from the keyboard, in many cases because they have
not been implemented in the user interface described previously.
They are:
C key used to terminate input for atom separation or a new
center of geometry (described in the
selection section).
D key move the contour display plane in the "down" direction.
E switch between: display surfaces only, only contours, and surfaces
and contours.
F when an animation is done, record the current frame before advancing.
G key toggle display of the grid from which surface data is calculated.
K exit QMView
P key save the current bond list. That is do not update it based
on new distances when a new reaction, optimization, or dynamics
step is displayed. If P is pressed again, the bond list may be changed.
R key reset the global rotation matrix to the identity matrix.
U key move the contour display plane in the "up" direction.
V key toggle between display of one or two views of the structure.
W key write checkpoint files, and if "VRML ON" is set in the
animation panel, write a VRML file.
X key display the contours in the X plane.
Y key display the contours in the Y plane.
Z key display the contours in the Z plane.
1 key toggle display of wireframe surfaces with 1 pixel or 4 pixels.
6 key toggle display of step number for reactions, optimizations,
or dynamics files.
RIGHT ARROW key advance one step for multiple configurations.
LEFT ARROW key go back one step for multiple configurations.
UP ARROW key go to last step for multiple configurations.
DOWN ARROW key go to first step for multiple configurations.
