The objects menu lists each individual molecule that can be manipulated separately. Choosing a particular molecule means that the rotation and translation functions in the translation menu apply only to that structure. Selecting "ALL" means that these operations apply to everything. The "COMBINE","REMOVE", and "SEPARATE", DELETE, and REPLACE, options have the same effect as those defined in the selection menu panel.
Choosing "COPY" and selecting a molecule produces a molecular object identical to the one that was selected. Choosing "UNDO" returns the the system being displayed to the state it was before the last time that a change was made. (e.g. after deleting or adding a molecule, changing internal coordinates etc).
