NBCR is pleased to offer a Summer Training Program (STP) on August 11th, 2017, to introduce users to the cellPACK and cellVIEW tools for molecular packing on cellular data. Dr. Ludovic Autin and Dr. Art Olson will teach the broad principles of cellPACK and how to build a custom “recipe” by modeling cell compartments with triangular meshes and proteins or “ingredients” from their respective crystallographic structure. Participants will learn how to use cellPACK, cellVIEW and NVIDIA flex tools to enhance their research on drug discovery, multi-scale modeling and complex biology.
