NBCR’s products are categorized into four different classifications:

These include a variety of downloads and their counterparts that are used within our Driving Biomedical Projects and are applicable to the scientific community.
The software and data sets provided on this web site are freely available to the academic community and are in many cases open source. They are in part or in whole funded through the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) and National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) of the National Institutes of Health awards to the National Biomedical Computation Resource. For us to secure the funding that allows us to continue providing these software and services, we must have evidence of its utility.
